Liberals would regard every intervention into the private sphere to be unreasoned and unfair, and per se, so does the New Constructivist Communism’s complete freedom conception. The key idea is that individualism is in danger if one cannot be even oneself at one’s own home, as it is no space for public interaction and thus needs no regulation. Every intervention, whether legitimate or not, is a threat to individualism in all its facets.
